One day, my mum come back home with a cooking book of savory cake. I discovered that you just need to have a base, and then you could mix whatever you want. I love the concept, the taste and the simplicity of the recipe.

Here you will find one of my favorite one. This savory cake could be without lactose (oat milk) and without gluten (replace the wheat flour by rice flour).
