One on my favorite meal is lasagna and to be more precised vegetarian lasagna. These past few years, I discovered the delicious taste of vegetables, cheese and pasta all melted in a meal. I've been so impressed!
So two years ago, as I was receiving some friends home, I cooked intuitively a vegetarian lasagna. I was back from 2 weeks spend in Aix-en-Provence. At that time, I was inspired by the Mediterranean taste. So, I decided to put eggplants, tomatoes all together with some Mozzarella. This lasagna tasted amazing.
