The story of Easy and gluten-free chocolate cookies

I created this recipe when I was hungry around 4pm for a snack. I don't like to buy biscuits on the supermarket, so I want to create a healthy snack that will be healthy and easy to make.

You will find here very tasty gluten-free cookies that are mainly baked with oats, chocolate and butter. They are really delicious!

To conserve them, I invite you to put it in a Tupperware. They will lose a bit of the crunchiness, but the taste is even better with time.
