I discovered the chia pudding during my nutrition training. At first, I was doubting about it. I'm not a big fan of sticky texture. But guess what, now I'm a bit fan of it! I became more in love with it when I learned tips like adding vanilla extract and salt. It's so deliciouuus!
I advise you to take it for breakfast because is a low-carb, have some proteins and a lot of omega-3.

Coconut chia pudding

Ingredients
- 500 ml of coconut rice milk
- 5 tbsp of chia seeds
- 2 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1 handful of sea salt
Instructions
- Mix with a tbsp the ingredients all together.
- Wait 5 minutes and mix again with a tbsp.
- Put the preparation on the fridge overnight.
- Grab your chia pudding for your breakfast and enjoy it.
