The story around Coconut chia pudding

I discovered the chia pudding during my nutrition training. At first, I was doubting about it. I'm not a big fan of sticky texture. But guess what, now I'm a bit fan of it! I became more in love with it when I learned tips like adding vanilla extract and salt. It's so deliciouuus!

I advise you to take it for breakfast because is a low-carb, have some proteins and a lot of omega-3.

Coconut chia pudding

Ingredients

  • 500 ml of coconut rice milk
  • 5 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 2 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 handful of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Mix with a tbsp the ingredients all together.
  2. Wait 5 minutes and mix again with a tbsp.
  3. Put the preparation on the fridge overnight.
  4. Grab your chia pudding for your breakfast and enjoy it.
