The story of Chickpea salad with eggplants and zucchinis

From my trip to Japan, I bring Katsuobushi, and I was very curious to cook with it! The smell is so strong, that it took me some time to find inspiration.

One of this day, while cooking a chickpea salad and get inspired to use these dried tuna flakes (Katsuobushi). And guess what ? It has been the case. I can't recommand more to try this recipe!!
